Head of engineering
A founding partner of Camm-Pro, Steve has worked in the Energy Sector for more than 30 years. Initially focused in Oil and Gas developments both in the UK and abroad most recently Steve has deployed his knowledge in Energy Transition projects.
With a process engineering background Steve is proficient through all stages of design and also has ‘hands on’ construction and commissioning experience. Steve’s aptitude to build and retain project teams has enhanced his reputation to deliver as per requirements.
Having worked within Operators, Consultancies and Tier 1 engineering companies Steve helps ensure the engineering basis for works undertaken by Camm-Pro considers all angles and that the strategy is robust.

Jim is a proficient Capital Project and Field Development Leader with 25+ years of experience in managing a diverse range of onshore and offshore energy projects globally. This covers all stages from Conception through to Construction and
Decommissioning. Taking cognisance of his experience gained across multiple Operators and Tier 1 Contractors, Jim implements ‘fit for purpose’ but robust project management processes, with a holistic attention to detail ensuring strong stakeholder management and communication resulting in successful project delivery.

Joanna (Jo) has over 20 years experience in business administration gained from working in both the energy and construction industries.
Jo has amassed her experience by working at all levels across businesses having progressed from an Administration Assistant, Executive Personal Assistant and on to Business Administration Manager.
A long serving and hugely dedicated member of the Camm-Pro team, Jo’s commitment and attention to detail ensures the Camm-Pro team and their clients receive a high level of support at all times.

Mike is an Engineering Manager with thirty-eight years’ experience in Industry, of which over twenty-five of those years dedicated to the oil, gas and energy industries.
This has covered onshore, offshore and major FPSO projects. Experienced in conceptual design, FEED, detail design, major projects and operability of both oil and gas production assets in leadership and at discipline level roles.

With onshore/offshore experience from Concept through to Construction, Scott holds high standards not only in design but in all aspects of his work, to ultimately achieve successful project delivery

Lynsay is an experienced Cost Engineer who has worked in the Energy industry for over 25 years.
Predominantly focused on the estimating and meticulous cost control of major CAPEX facilities projects in an Operator environment, Lynsay is accustomed to supporting multiple high value projects simultaneously, taking them through the full lifecycle of the project from concept to close out, while appreciating that each project will have a unique commercial set-up and requiring a bespoke suite of reports.

Sam in an experienced Construction and Commissioning Manager with a breadth of knowledge on capital projects both as a contractor and client working in the UK and Overseas.

With a planning and risk bias Keith has worked in a wide variety of planning roles on major capital projects.
Keith demonstrates expertise in Project Controls, Planning, Reporting, Risk, Change Control and in establishing project control driven processes and procedures.

Bruce is a chartered structural engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry with a breadth of knowledge on capital projects through concept, FEED, detailed design and execute stages.
His career has seen him hold discipline management and technical authority roles as well as engineering and project management positions. His main area of expertise lies in the development of concepts and strategies for projects to ensure solutions are robust in terms of integrity, constructability, and operability.
Bruce has a breadth of experience in the management of multidiscipline engineering teams and is a comfortable communicator who values a collaborative and pragmatic approach to scopes and challenges.
